Beautiful product but scratches far too easily
Lovely case and very practical makes organising very easy. But just gets too easily scratched which spoils the aesthetics of a great looking product.

Light smart solid and secure
Just done 5 night trip abroad including ferry trains and planes size and very light weight was ideal 4 wheel spinner feature is very helpful

Premium pricing economy fixtures and fittings
The case material is strong and light. The external zips are strong. The grab handle is practical. Personalisation options are cute. However for the premium price you pay there are a number of choices Samsonite made that are absolute failures: Cheap noisy wheels. Zip hardware that's just badly designed (they're on a diagonal). Flimsy internal zips that just can't take strain. The worst part is the retractable handle (yes the highest touch point part!) - it's Flimsy. Learn from Eastpak or about 20 other manufacturers please Samsonite. So it rattles when you shake it. Even worse there's a Flex to it if your case is in any way heavy and you're pushing the case slightly ahead of you the handle flexes the case turns slightly enough onto a diagonal and the strain falls right onto your wrist and works up your forearm. That last point is a pretty big fail in my books. So if I'd paid 1/5 the price for this ok that's cool. At this price it better be darn near perfect and it is Far Far from that.

DISAPPOINTED :/
It did not expect the brand's reputed quality and durability. Unfortunately my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The interior of the luggage (the start zip area) appears to be made from very cheap material and easy to remove as not expected which is disappointing given the premium price tag on Samsonite luggage. I will not be purchasing from this brand again and would not recommend it to others.

Lovely colour
I used this case for a carry on case. All ok until journey home when the pull handle wouldn't fully open up. The case was only 2 weeks old. Very disappointed. Samsonite said I could return the case for it to be repaired. I think they should be replacing it for the amount of money it cost
