Bought as hand carry on (also had hold luggage). Very capacious with well thought out compartments that makes it easy to find everything. Being able to roll top over also makes it easy to store. I like that I can layer up clothing but also remove when needed and put in bag. No problems with zips.

Great for commuting plenty of space to take your lunch laptop and much more. Returned it after a few uses as the zip snapped. For a bag of this price this is unacceptable.

Bought it for Mrs to use as an everyday bag to fit her stuff when she goes to the office or gym. No more multiple bags to carry when heading to the office as she can now fit her purse laptop paper notebooks mobile phone water bottle snacks or gym clothes towel yoga mat etc if she's going to the gym.
