Straps too long 4

Well made high quality backpack. Compartments inside are plenty and help to organise your stuff. However the straps are waaay too long. When you adjust them to sit comfortably on your back you're left with a mile long strap on both sides. This then drags on the floor when you put the bag down and is very annoying. Please shorten the excess material on the shoulder straps! And maybe include a small instant access pocket for a wallet. The one in the back and front is too large I end up having to rummage around for my wallet.

Lovely quality very suited to my needs. I used to take my work laptop to and from work. It's the perfect size for me not bulky. I am very impressed with the backpack.

Good quality and sufficient pockets but too tight for 14inch laptop. I cannot use the laptop pocket at all for my laptop

I use this bag to commute to work and its super stylish and also does the job i.e i carry my laptop files charger and it fits nicely.
The strap broke after 2 weeks of use 1

Unfortunately I used it for 2 weeks and one of the straps broke off. It's now been 10 days since I contacted Samsonite about this and there is still no resolution as to whether they will send me a replacement as believe it or not I still need a working rucksack.
