A medium and a large bag cover was ordered. Two covers that were the same size were received, but one of them had clearly been mislabelled.

Quite pricey and does not cover the area near the wheels-otherwise does the job!
I would also like covers for 81cm cases 5

The cover is ideal. However I also have 2 x 81cm cases that I am trying to get covers for. The only options to buy on the website are 75cm and 86cm. I have emailed the samonsite help desk but as yet have had no reply

I did not expect this luggage cover to last me so long! I am very impressed as it has been through my 9th journey now and nothing has happened to it. Also it protects my luggage from stains and scratches during flight hours.

I bought this to protect the Neopulse I just bought but unfortunately it came off and was lost in transit. Considering the cost you would have thought it would stay on better.

I had an extra large suitcase and it fit perfectly. I am very happy with this buy.
Velcro not strong enough 3

I like the cover very much but the velcro fastening is not robust enough to withstand the baggage handling* The case arrived without the cover on the trip from Zurich to Gatwick. I tried to claim bur Easyjet refused liability. Having purchased a replacement I actually also used 3 large safety to ensure it the cover stayed on the suitcase arrived in Zurich with the cover(just) as only 1 safety pin remained* Maybe a zip would be a better option?

The Luggage Cover XL lasted me 3 flights before the zip seam tore. Not made to withstand the abuse from baggage handlers. Mishandling from baggage handlers is a reality of commercial air travel and should be factored in when designing a protective cover.
