    I bough my bag at a store brought home and notice the zip lining was tear from the zip went back to the store and the employee insinuated that I didn't knew how to open the zip asked for an exchange or a return neither were possible but I could get a new one from a different store with credit. Went there the employees had scan the backpack for quality issues were none found I've check my self and could not see them at hindsight brought home then I start noticing after a couple of days that the backpack is not symmetric went measuring and part of the lining is 05cm long/short several lines not properly finished. Now the exchange time has passed and I have a 280€ backpack with lots of defects.

    I've used many laptop and tablet backpacks over the years and this Samsonite backpack is by far the best and most versatile of them all. Despite its compact size it offers spacious internal compartments that can easily accommodate a 14 laptop a 13 tablet and documents along with several pockets for smaller items. It also features a concealed tamper-proof compartment on the horizontal back strap perfect for storing valuable items like a passport credit cards or cash. The backpack is incredibly comfortable to carry even for daily commutes and the quality is outstanding - both durable and well-crafted. While the price may seem steep to some it's worth every penny for me. It perfectly suits my needs and keeps my essentials organized and secure during my daily commutes.
