    Use the backup daily but is at its best on short business trips that include air travel. Great for carry on ability to charge phones and tablets extremely useful. Great bag

    Great product. I would in the desert so I travel every 2 weeks. This bag is perfect to hold my essentials but I wish it some minor adjustments. 1- water bottle pocket is small. 2- to adjust the straps is not easy. It's pretty stiff compared to other bags but it's still one the best bags I have and I love it.

    I wasn't planning to write a review on this but the Samsonite e-mail caught me with a few minutes on my hands so here you are. This was bought as a present for a retiring colleague who is planning to travel a lot and already has a full set of hold luggage so a high quality backpack was an obvious choice. The product itself looks to be very nicely made looking very attractive (we chose the blue) as well as robust enough to cover the miles. So the product no problem very happy. However and especially as this was a present the packaging was properly and horribly battered so regrettably we had to rebox the backpack in an alternative box in the process rather losing the impact of the premium brand as he removed the wrapping paper. You could say the box shouldn't matter but I believe as I was buying a premium product at full price direct from the manufacturer that the packaging would reflect what was inside. Despite this the quality of the product won through I am just a bit disappointed about the presentation.

    Love the bag it's clearly very well made but it's such a shame that it's not got much capacity to fit things you want in it. Take the side pockets for example normally you would put a bottle of water or an umbrella. Because these are zip pockets you can't fit either in you will be lucky to fit a plastic bag. The same goes for the inside lots of thoughtfully placed pockets but you just can't fit much in them.
