It's like the tardis
I bought it to replace a huge Samsonite that I'd had for twenty years and which was starting to flag. This new one is amazing. It's all space and so easy to open and close. Probably the perfect suitcase and so easy to wheel around.

terrible customer service
I ordered this suitcase and it turned out to be too small. I tried countless times to contact customer service to exchange the item for the bigger one with no luck. It was either not possible or there was a technical issue somewhere. Impossible and unacceptable given the money I spend on this.

Flexible - but suitable
Outer case was more flexible than I expected. Had trouble opening TSA lock for first time as I have never used one of these before and ended up messing up the combination.......took me ages to find the correct code to open the case. Suggest you send cases with separate instructions rather than LOCK THEM INSIDE!!! Other than that seems a good quality lighht-weight case easy to roll around.

Great medium-sized suitcase
Love the colour and it's very stable and easy to wheel along. For once I understand how to set the combo lock. The shell-type opening works for me too - i.e. you fill the two separate 'lids' of the suitcase zip up the covers and then close the case. Perfect. Haven't looked back since buying this!

Excellent cases from Samsonite
Lovely suitcases that look fabulous. I ordered the 69 litre petrol blue (2 off). At first I thought they were going to be a bit small - I was wrong. For a week overseas these suitcases had more than enough room. Love the colour & so much better than black or silver.
