Perfect for taking as cabin luggage great pocket for laptop. Great quality material.

Perfect size case. Ideal for a short break but can work for a longer trip if you pack light. Lightweight and looks smart. Top and side handles are great if you want to carry it instead of wheeling. If not packed full you can pull in the straps to make it more compact. Integrated lock is convenient and easy to use.
No I wouldn't buy it again. 2

The case does not stay upright when packed. It toppled over constantly on a recent trip involving planes ferries and trains very inconvenient. Even after strategic packing it still did not stand upright.
Such poor service I did not end up buying 1

I ordered case online from you to be delivered to your store (Oxford Street London W1). As day of travel approached I emailed again to asked if delivery would be in time - I was re-assured that it would arrive later that week and I would be emailed when it was in. On Sunday (as travelling Monday) I purchased a different product from another store and to date have never received any email apart from one asking me to 'review my purchase' (!) - I am happy with new suitcase but disappointed I did not get what I originally wanted - and of course will never seek a Samsonite product again

There are many hidden compartments however the inside with the pull handle takes up the space and makes the space at the base of the suitcase very limited however the top zip with storage makes it easy.
Good quality but major design error - bag keep falling over 1

The duffle bag is made of good material but the 2 wheel design + the stands meant due to where the laptop compartment is the bag easily loses balance when you load it fully. of course i dont buy a 40l bag and only load 25l of stuff in it.

Totally regret buying this. Used it for the first time this week and when it was full it didn't stand up. Hopeless! Wish I'd bought a case with 4 wheels. Samsonite's reputation for excellence is undeserved. .
