Looks good. Not used it yet!

Very poor quality product. Handle broke off within 3 months. Bag became very flimsy. I didn’t have the original receipt regardless of the fact that all of these bags are too young to have the warranty expired on them. I will never be buying a Samsonite again. Ever. Would advise the same of others.

Been using this case for 6 months excellent quality and no issues.

Got charged 75 euro at a Ryan air gate with this suitcase When I measured at home the smaller depth is actually 21cm and with a slight concave front it was over the Ryan Air Cage and the wheels were hanging over too! There is no doubt Samsonite are an amazing brand and great cases but this is clearly false advertising of dimensions. I have contacted Samsonite and my only option is to bring it to Dublin to be measured.. I live 3 hours from Dublin they told me a cork option was not possible so Samsonite customer care is 1 star for me ! If they had proposed sending a courier to collect for measurements or simply believed what was saying from the clarity in the pictures then the problem would be resolved by now but I need to figure a way to get the case to Dublin!

This is your answer to my already 1 star review when you said some one would be in contact to resolve the issue I have given you photographs to show how the concave part of the case is actually making the depth 23/24 cm and exceeds Ryan Air measurements DO NOT BUY THIS CASE IF YOU TRAVEL WITH RYAN AIRYour representative said I understand you frustration however as there is no manufacturing faults with the suitcase we are unable to assist you.As advised all our suitcase are cage measured before leaving the factory to conform with airline measurements.We have never had a reported problem with this suitcase range before and we have been selling this range for a couple of years.I would suggest taking this up with Ryan Air This is after emails and photos you going back and forth

FALSE ADVERTISING DIMENSIONS 55:40::20/23 The concave part of the suitcase brings dimensions of the case to 23/24 not 20 as falsely advertised Was charged 75euro at Ryan Air Gate as the case extends over the dimensions. Took out the measuring tape and realised that the depth dimensions are incorrect Very annoyed with Samsonite as they are a wonderful brand ! Would like the problem to be resolved by offering me a soft shell version of this case ?

I've taken this Samsonite bag on two trips so far—a five-day and a three-day. For the shorter trip it was only half full. It's effortless to manoeuvre and the internal compartments are well-designed. I particularly like that one side is completely zipped off from the other which is great for keeping dirty laundry separate while travelling. Although the bag includes a USB wire and connections I haven't used them yet since I prefer to keep a battery pack on me rather than in my luggage. I also haven't needed to use the expandable function but I imagine it could cause issues with airline size restrictions if I did. The build quality feels solid—exactly what I expect from Samsonite. Overall I'm very pleased and happy to recommend it. I'd definitely consider completing the set in the future.

I've had Samsonite suitcases in the last 25 years. I love the brand. But I'm dissatisfied with the quality of the products I recently purchased.

Make sure when it's delivered you are waiting at the door! The box has Samsonite written in huge writing all over it- you could see from a mile away what is in the box. My partner saw the deli every driver only take it out the van from our window so his surprise was ruined.
