    Have been looking for a replacement suitcase for some time as my 20 year old case is getting a bit tatty (has been used a couple of times a year during this period). Everything I have seen seems to be lightweight and feel very flimsy. Went for this Samsonite in the end as I have been very happy with Samsonite products in the past. It too is very lightweight and feels flimsy. It was with a certain amount of trepidation therefore that I used it for a return flight recently. It survived intact so far so good! Whether it will last 20 years I rather doubt. It has to be said that all the newer style suitcases on the luggage carousels seem to be of the same lightweight build so they are probably more durable than they feel!

    I use this product primarily for work. It fits everything I need for my extended trips away. Easy to roll and seems to be quite sturdy. Let's seeâ€_â€_.

    Initially looked like a very nice suitcase very lightweight and mobile but once I filled it (18kg) and lifted it up I had my doubts that handle is going to handle the weight. It did. But I seriously doubt if it can hold any extra kg. And definitely not for 5y of warranty that that is given. And quite disappointingly after only one trip it got bent in the corner (I managed to push it back in place from the inside but not completely) and soooo many scratches that it looks only a fraction better than my much cheaper 6y old suitcaseâ€_ and there is an obvious indentation line now that is going to bend now every time with any sort of the pressure.

    Lock broke on first use and Samsonite have refused to fix and left me to try and organise a replacement part and fit it myself.

    Very manoeuvrable in the airport in the queues. Light weight so easy to load/ unload on the long term car park buses.
