I haven't used the case yet as I am waiting for a response for you. I have sent 3 emails to you without response since receipt of the case (four weeks ago) asking for my account password to be reset. I have spoken to your colleagues (Samsonite UK ?) but their response to me has been they don't manage the website and cannot help. I am very frustrated by the lack of your response. During the last 4-5 years I have purchased a number of products (see my account) from you for my family and for my work as Cabin Crew with leading UK airline and largely pleased with said products' performance. However a lack of response for you following this message I will be forced to return the case / with refund and will have no hesitation in expressing widely my feelings and to my 14000 work colleagues.
