Nuon Spinner Expandable 75cm

I've had my case just over a year now and one of the zip handles has broken off on the 5th trip I've used it for. I've been a loyal customer of Samsonite for decades. I've had three Samsonite cases previously. This was the most expensive but disappointingly and worryingly easily the worst. They just don't make them like they used to :(

Having this suitcase for a business trip to London is just a great feeling. Pure quality and design. Very happy with this purchase!

The zips are cheap and of poor quality - on the very first flight one of the zips was sheared clean off. I think a design flaw is also partly to blame where the zips can be twisted and then snap off under very little pressure. Highly recommend you stay away from samsonite and use another brand that makes higher quality suitcases.

Literally just bought while on a trip and my old suitcase broke after many years of use so was forced to buy a new one. On very first trip home zippers broke off making so my suitcase was unlocked. Terrible quality especially for high price point. When I filed to have the zippers replaced since the suitcase was literally 4 days old was told the shipping fee would be $20 to have the suitcase sent in to be repaired. Are you kidding me?! I just paid over $300 for this suitcase that doesn't even perform for one trip and you can't even repair it without charging me more- what a joke when the zipper probably costs $5 to replace. Don't waste your money with Samsonite- get a different brand that stands behind their products with higher quality and better customer service.

A brand new case and it broke on the first trip. Contacted customer service and I'm still waiting for a response regarding the warranty.

I researched thoroughly before I bought a new suitcase. Decided to buy the nuon as it was lightweight and had all features we needed. Also thought not worth paying more for a more expensive case when they are thrown about at the airport. We have just returned from a trip to Spain and on arriving there was one scuff at the corner but I have attached photos of what it looks like on our return. We can't get the marks out. Surely Samsonite do extensive testing on cases for the inevitable marking and scuffs they will get at the airport handling. I'm so disappointed at the appearance now. It looks like a case that has travelled extensively not one trip.

It is a nice case and expands and is lightweight. But after one trip it looks like it has been on multiple trips. Scratches and marks not coming out. Very disappointed as it's well known luggage isn't treated well in airports so surely this is tested for marking before it's sold. Not worth the money.

I have been very happy with this suitcase so far. It moves so smoothly and not heavy at all. Will definitely buy another one to update our old suitcases.

It's a great luggage. The only con that I have with these luggage are they come without proper organisers. I do understand the seperator but it's not the same. It's lightweight. I'd give it 4.5 starts.
